Our stay here was very comfortable, amazing base for exploring Santa Marta. This was our 2nd stay, they offered a double room with a terrace and jacuzzi. The restaurant here was nice, we both ordered excellent dishes. The team provided a perfect service. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony and the terrace, for instance, which was important. There was a great balcony with the ocean view.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the beach! You can enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony of your room. Speaking of the room, it is nice and comfortable with a cozy bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is amazing and makes you feel right at home. The service provided is impeccable, and they are always willing to assist you with any requests. Additionally, the hotel offers various facilities such as a spa, pool, and bistro, ensuring you have an enjoyable stay.

One drawback of the hotel is the presence of excessive sellers and people asking for money on the beach. It would be great if the hotel could find a way to control this situation and provide a more peaceful beach experience for guests.

The hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable location on the beach. Besides, it was adjacent to the center of Santa Marta. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options and was amazing.
